Soft Social Robot for Everyday Life
We’re building a soft, compliant robot that is safe by design, how it’s made and how it interacts with the world is what makes it trustworthy.
To build robots people trust:not because of what they promise, but because of what they're made of.
We think trust is a property of the body, not a claim made by the software.
Every social robot failure we've studied comes down to the same thing: a body nobody quite trusted, wearing a promise it couldn't keep.
We build soft, compliant robots that are safe by construction and legible by material, so trust doesn't depend on the software behaving correctly.
A world where robotsearn a place in daily life, not just in demo videos.
Not kept behind glass or a safety cage. Close enough to actually help.
Right now, robots are trusted in exactly one place: behind a cage, on a factory floor, or in a video. Everywhere people actually live, they're still a novelty.
We think that changes once the body itself does the work of earning trust: safe enough to be near, legible enough to be understood at a glance.
We're building for the environments where the safety bar is highest and the margin for error is lowest. Everywhere else gets easier from there.
Let's talk.
Questions, ideas, or just curious what we're building? We'd love to hear from you.
